Return & exchange policy

At outffocus., all of our products are custom-printed on demand, meaning they are made specifically for each customer at the time of order. Due to this, our return and exchange policy follows Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which states that custom-made or personalized goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU).

No returns or exchanges for size issues

Because our shirts are custom-printed, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was selected by the customer. No refunds will be issued unless there is an error on outffocus.’s part.

We strongly recommend checking the size charts available in the product gallery before placing your order.

Refunds & replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be processed in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was sent by outffocus.
  • The wrong size was sent by outffocus.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The print is incorrect or different from the order.

If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company, we will resend your product(s) free of charge as quickly as possible.

For defective or damaged products, customers must provide photos and a video of the item from different angles to confirm the issue before a refund or replacement can be processed.

Exceptions under EU law

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (Article 16, Section C).

Since all our items are printed individually upon order, they do not qualify for the standard EU return policy.
